Sunday Musings: May 17 2015

pic by ChrisChat

Hello Musers!

Well, we're a little quiet today...Margaret Fieland's visiting us with her take on this week's photo prompt.

If you remember...or want to scroll to last week...I had posted a pic of a winter scene. This was taken outside my home and is a close up/into a tree branch.

I thought it might be interesting to see if views changed when the same pic came in a different season.

Let's see what Margaret saw...and comment yourself, or get writing on your own piece :)

Have a great morning and see ya next week.

Take it away MARGARET FIELAND, author

Trolls lurk in the woods, and the secrets the hold turn to mist and drift upward on the cool breeze. At the forest's edge, small animals lurk, and travelers hesitate, not sure why they are reluctant to continue down the path leading under the twisted trees. The wind stirs the deep green leaves, which appear to be whispering some kind of secret.

The lone traveler takes a deep breath and continues down the path under the tall trees.

PS:> The photo attached  is yours, but it was manipulated with GIMP -- I used the CARTOON filter and some color manipulation.

Chris...NEAT...here's the pic Margaret made :)

Thanks for joining us and see you next week!
