Mother's Day Thoughts and Wishes

From LJ Holmes to all

Mothers are amazing creatures. They wear so many hats and carry so many burdens upon their shoulders, and yet they are gentle enough to cleave the most delicate of our kind in the tender folds of their arms.

Mothers can be the fiercest of warriors against any who dare to step on, or malign one of their brood. They juggle their time so they cram 50 hours in a miniscule 24. They walk a tight wire rope as they navigate between the caressing bulwark their children know they can run to when life scores them with BooBoos, and the starched professional they must turn into when they walk out their door and head into the business world.

Mother's day celebrates the multi wonder that is mother, but one day a year is hardly celebration enough for all that the word "Mother" encompasses.

To all you Mothers...have a gloriious Mother's Day and know you shine brighter than all the super novas in the sky.
